My guess is that they want to keep 430 as mid point (like 450 earlier) and hover the scores between 430-450.

Its probably too soon to ask, but this ITA wait was killing me. Now that I have my ITA, I went into my profile to see the personal document checklist to get on the longer taking items asap.
I could only see the form that I need to fill for me and my spouse, no document list available. Am I looking at the wrong place OR do I first need to fill out the complete form to be able to see the document checklist?

You need to fill the form first and then a document checklist will be generated.
