Hi! I submitted an EE profile last June 15 and after few hrs I received a ghost mail. And now they posted
Already how many invitations they gave. I got 868 total points but I haven't received any ITA until now. Are they giving the ITA later after they posted the draw or does that mean I have to wait for the next draw cause I submitted my EE profile the same day they did the draw? Thank you!!

If you have applied after this time then you have to wait for next draw:
"(2) Foreign nationals who, on June 15, 2016 at 13:35:01 UTC, have been assigned a total of 488 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System"

I am still in the initial stages and waiting for ITA so I am not aware of ghost mail

Yesterday I received an email from cic that says that my account was updated and I thought that was the invitation and when I checked my account there was nothing.

Well I'm not sure. When I checked my account nothing was changed.

You need to wait for a draw in order to get an ITA (next draw should be on April 29th). With you current score, you will definitely get invited.

Please take your time and carefully read the two sticky posts regarding the EE system. Your question is very simple and should not take up a thread.

The update you got is probably the fact your profile was "valid" and added to the pool. A bit too late I'm afraid for this week's round.
But dont' worry you'll get your ITA in 2 weeks...

I did receive the "update" notifications for the ITA a day after.
The ITA letter was available a few hours after the draw in MyCIC account.

FYI: Any updates in an application is available... same day if you check online. 24 hours to get email notification.
