34TH DRAW - 484 POINTS, 763 ITAs. Could this be a declining trend in ITAs?

And I have no idea what value we have in all these analysis when we do not have the correct variables.
On this forum, we have predicted a CRS below 450 in the new year, but things quickly turned.
A few people said that, like bestofluck. Many of us pointed out that the new shift towards refugees and family class would raise scores for FSW. It did. The priorities have not changed since, so there is no reason to expect significant declines (sub 450) in the immediate future.

There is no reason for increased speed. They decreased the number of economic workers (so scores go up and draws go down), and increased refugee and family class.

It's not a shame - it's what the people of Canada get for electing Trudeau.

CIC is acting based on the government's priority - in which case, is to accommodate refugees and reconnecting family members. It kinda hurts our chances, as economic federal skilled workers, but it you listen to their life story, you'd feel better that the Canadian government cares.

That being said, it's the skilled workers that will fuel their economy so the uptake of immigrants should normalise soon. Just need to think positive :)
