3 days of work, 15 hrs per day, 45 hrs per week, is this consider as full time for LCP?

Do you guys think i am qualified for 22 months? I am here in alberta,

44 hrs per week 176 hrs per month

So for my 22 months = 3,872 hrs regular hours, 88 OT = 3,960 total hrs, qualified or not?
