We are leaving Canada at the end of December and we have a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 2.5 bathrooms, basement with family room and separate office space for rent from as early as December 22nd 2023.
Closed garden and garage for 1 car. Outdoor parking on driveway for another car. Ground floor has 3 bedrooms including a very big master bedroom. One full bathroom with bathtub and one separate toilet. Basement has one big family room, one office / storage room and another bathroom with shower and washer and dryer. Electros (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, dryer) are included except for washer that we purchased new less than a year ago and that we wish to sell. AC on ground floor cools entire apartment. We will also be selling most of our furniture if interested.
We would like to do either a lease transfer or a sublet (our lease expires March 31st 2024 so we could sublet for 3 months). Possibility of subletting partially furnished.
