I am newbie and would require your assitance in geeting to onow as to how do i create my profile stating my noc category, visa office location, per date and etc.

My application has been received at CIC NS on 20 Jan signed by Mike. What time frame can I expect on PER news.

As you told your application has been received by Centralized Intake Office,Nova Scotia on 20 January ,2014. Most Probably you will get response from CIO,Nova Scotia in First Week of March,2014. Hope this information will be for your assistance.

On an average , it takes between 8 to 10 weeks. i.e. Most probably in March 2014....

My application was received on the 10/02/2014 and signed for by
Mike Conn at CIO Sydney office.

Coincidentally, my profession chemical Engineer NOC 2134 was capped
today 11/02/2014 after the receipt of my application.

Please I wish to know if I am among the lucky 300 applicants.

Can anyone help please.

I am also not sure is it per issued to remaing guys from 236 caps earlier or is it the application received status and now they will decide on the per.... lets hope for the b3st

I am a chemical engineer by Qualification and working in coal based thermal power plant for the last 14 years. Pl tell me whether I can apply for canadian immigration under chemical engineers category. Here I want to mention that my job profile is differnt than chemical engineers working in core chemical industry. So pl help me out.

Hi All

Although the cap have reached and in this forum last cc charge was for person whose app was recd on 13 jan. However dont loose hope as I am seeing a light that might be cic have sorted out applications 1st so that they dont have to look on cap limit while charging cc.

My logic says how can 64 app per or cc charged witin 5 working days for 2134 and if look petroleum engg it changed from 15 to 160 in the same time period...

hence I feel something different approach by cic when making the CAP.

I may be wrong but don't loose hope till you hear from CIC
