2016 NOA question

Hello guys
Just have a question regarding 2016 NOA.
I just submitted my application under EE CEC in March and I have two years work experience staring 2015 March. I only submitted 2015 NOA since I haven't received 2016 one yet. Is it necessary to submit 2016 NOA? I am worried that it might hurt my application. Please advise. Thank you!! and good luck on everyone's application!

You're not required to provide your NOA. The most important document is your letter of reference. Every other document is a bonus.
