I received and 2 of my cousins who filed with me for their parents.

We sent additinal documents last august.. No AOR YET...

I applied in May 2011, received acknowledgement letter but no news after that.

Online status is "Application Received".

my timeline is like that:

for parents sponsorship
Visa office should be Hong Kong

apply on September 2010
got the letter of additional documents on July 2014
sent the documents back to the office on September 2014
go a letter back from the office (AOR) on December 2014

since then I haven't get any responses, no decision made yet, no file transfer yet. What should be the timeline now for these period of applicants?

I think I am the last person who sent in the application.
I sent in my parents application on Nov 3, 2011.
No updates yet..

Not just you. We applied in May 2011 and no news at all. Hopefully, it would be next step in July-August.
