Hi jeleni. I'd like to request if not too much to ask, if you can add (dep) to the names of the members who you know have dependents. My application has dependents and I'm curious to know the progress among those with dependents as well as other members. Thanks!

Hey Guys,

I am expecting to receive medical request soon for my parents, maybe in next 5-10 days. My parents are here in Canada on visitor visa (not super visa) which expires end of March 2015.

My questions are:

1) Can they get their medicals done here in Canada or is it advised to go back to India and get them done there ?

2) How long after the medical do we know that it went well and there is no further tests required?

3) How long after medical should we expect passport request and can passports be submitted here in Canada if my parents are already here?

Hi Soonihope, I got medical request and pcc on FEB 11 2015. please add it to list . I have one question . My parents they have USA green card . they are asking to summit FBI clearance . However they never stayed more than 6 months consecutive . How can it explain them .
Any advise ?

congrates on your medical request. I also have a similar case. I got approval of sponsorship on 23rd January as well. I am still waiting for the medical request. Also I have selected visa office as India. so my questions are following
1) Who sent medical request? CIC Ottawa or the visa office you have selected?
2) Did they send medical request to your parents email or your email?

I recent got an email from the London office that our pictures do not fulfill the requirements so we need to send them again so we send them again and I think there is some progress at least. Now I have a question that since I live in Germany and my parents in Pakistan so when the medical request comes can I do it from here and my parents from Pakistan or all the family need to do from the same doctor? If I can then what will be the process?

As far as I know, it is not necessary to be a same doctor, it can be any doctor living in any part of the world, should be fine.

received additional documents request in july 2014
send documents on 30 sept,2014
AOR received on dec10, 2014

one dependent who was over 22 is married now on jan3,2015. i sent a letter to cic about this on jan30,2015.
pls add my details to the spreadsheet.

hi there, I've received the letter from CIC saying I've met the requirements as a sponsor for my parents immigration and case has been transferred to CPC M. Do you know how long it will take on the stage 2 at CPC M? also does my parent need to prepare for any docs now?

where is CPC M. your case would have either been transferred to Ottawa or the overseas visa office responsible for your home country.
Could you give some information where CPC M is.
