Email to CHC London Aug 2010: Requesting confirmation of recpt of Meds.
Reply from CHC London 12th Aug 2010: "We apprecite that you wish to arrive in Canada soon, however We do not anticipate requesting your passport for Visa Issuance until Dec2010/Jan 2011".

Hi... I applied in Dec 2007 and AOR received in Jan 2008, still case is in process....... god knows when they will ask for docs submission ???????

Sorry for being away for so long, trying to settle down in India after 8 long years and trust me its not easy, seems I have come to a strange land, but it is still my country where I don't need to apply for visa and PR and accepted as I am, thats why it is called 'MotherLand'. So far so Good, Well, I believe no one from 2007 has heard anything from the CHC.

I have a query now, how will I send the Passports from India and get it back? I need some very good advice on this.

If anybody in India need my advice I can provide you my phone number, please send me a message, I am totally free and not doing anything right now, other than waiting until Jan 2011.

We just received the request for passports.....

Not that im jealous or anything but it goes to show the inconsistency on the work rate for Immigration officers at the London CIC. I applied back in June 2007 and still yet no response after the medical request was completed.

I read different sites about backlog cases.CHC London not sincer backlog cases
fast track cases slow slow going to final stages.
but
CHC London and Minister of Immigration noting take interest.Backlog cases
we observe official web site statical date, totally fake,
if its correct, I ,we all applicant are suffer.
I think we all backlog applicant are fall in dark street.

one school of thought thinking they reject mostly backlog cases.
