2 Primary applicants for family

I am IT manager and my wife in HR profession. Is it possible to apply two separate application where I am primary applicant and my wife is under spouse.

In other case my wife is parimary applicant and I’ll be under spouse

Can we do that apply 2 ADIB applications at the same time? is it allowed or not?
