Hey,

My lawyer submitted my full application on 16-Oct-2009 ans still no AOR...is that normal? How long should it take to get back to me?
And also, will they let me know or my lawyer?

if you can browse thru the thread, you can see it is taking 10weeks time to get AOR.
be patient and hope for the best.

Now they will send AOR within some few days, you and your lawyer both will get email from CIO (even look in spam folder too, or enable spam folder if you not configure or disabled).

you can check your draft whether it is cashed by cic or not. Generally they didn't cash draft if they didn't decide to send file no.If your DD is cashed then within 4 -5 days you'll get AOR.
