with medical that valid just a year and police certificates that also might be re-requested, I have already accepted additional spending on this project.

DO you know by any chance if your security was strated, when it was started and how long it took to finish? I got my notes yesterday and only security is pending and medical is expired in April 2016

Security is in process (at least it was on Wed when I called CIC). I can check a date when it was started if you need.
Decision made at web-site is from today.

Ups sorry my mistake - security "not started", criminality "in process".

nope, they told as usual "it's still in process, we will let you know if we need additional documents". Thursday's email was surprise.

Seems like your criminality was restarted after 1st check, as every eligibility have due dates. For me everything is expired by now.
