DM (Decision Made) means the application is completed and it the final stage.
PPR is the stage before DM. PPR means that they have gotten to your application and requesting your passport to complete the application. How long it takes from PPR to DM can vary greatly. If your application is strong, then it should flip from PPR to DM pretty quickly.
