15 days Short Landing in Oct 2015

Dears,
I landed in October 2015 and stayed there for 2 weeks. Planning to move in March/april 2018 after 2.5 years of landing, is this safe from PR Obligations, any expected issues at immigration ?

If you will not be exiting Canada after you come back in March/April 2018 then it should be fine. Remember you need to be in Canada for 730 days starting the date you landed in Canada in Oct 2015 to be in compliance with your residency obligations.

I will be moving permanently so can complete 730 days in remaining 2. 5 years, however going outside For vacations for short visits 1 to 2 months in this time should be ok, right ?

Yes as long as the days in Canada add up to 730 , it should not be a problem.

Make sure to recalculate your days, short visits of 1-2 months can add up
