I am planning to join manufacturing management program. I have two options. Sheridan college that has one year graduate diploma program and other option is Conestoga which gives two year graduate diploma program for Applied Manufacturing Management. But the one year program in Sheridan is a coop program. So I am really confused to choose as joining Sheridan would give me a coop option but just one year Post graduate work permit while in Conestoga it's a two year program without a coop option but I will get a 3 year post graduate work permit. Need your suggestions.

If you want PR, I would go with the option that gives you a three year PGWP.

Thank you. Yeah I want a PR. So if I stay for 5 years in total I will get PR?
No - there's no guarantee you will get PR. Having a 3 year PGWP just increases your chances of getting PR.

PR is never guaranteed.
