There should be a red triangle icon to the left of the application number when you log into your OINP account. When you click on it, it should take you to what they are asking for. Have you tried this?

Nope. I sailed through without a red triangle my friend. I have no idea how to help.

hello I can see a blue mark beside my profile file number, well i submitted my updated bank account statement, and that's when it appeared. also i am still on assessment. this is 104 days post submission, and 9days of assessment.
