I was reading through various threads and I understand the processing is handled based on the category priority. I am not sure how far this is true?

Has anyone received medical request or "In Progress" status from my time line?

It depends a lot on visa office and may not be influenced by NOC code that much in my opinion.

London is much slower than a visa office like New Delhi so it is taking time.
