Hi, can u tell us what happened? I am in similar situation where I am in canada (with PGWP) and my spouse is outland (with OWP). Was your spouse able to get authorization letter and enter canada?

in my case, IRCC automatically took my Work permit's Biometrics and put them in Express entry profile. I didnt do anything. So wait for them to update if you have given before.

How did u know thier TRVs have been approved ? I applied SOWP for my spouse, gcms says application approved but IRCC webiste still shows "applicaion in progress".

u can give biometrics anywhere. But IRCC dont advise you to go out of country and risk covid for u and others.

you dont need police certificate from canada when you are currently residing in canada

country: india. Applied on Feb 21, gave biometrics on Mar 3, Apr 30: Biometri Correspondence letter, Aug 16: ordered gcms, Sept 8: got gcms and it says approved but my application status is still in progress

ya i think thats the reason why they are not giving my application status as approved.
