Yeah and it states on the portal that when the address and photo are confirmed then the card will be mailed.

I’d say cal IRCC to find out what’s happening or when your card was shipped. You don’t need to apply for your first card they should automatically mail it to you once you completed your portal submission

How do you know when last they touched your application based on what the last update was in the tracker ?

Yes that’s correct it depends on the agent. I’ve spoke to 5 and non told me about review required I had to ask about it specifically

They won’t give you much information. I don’t know if they can’t see or they are trained not to be that transparent but the notes will have the details

Review required usually happens when your application is stuck in progress at some stage. It can be either review required or recommended pass. You can’t see this you have to call ircc call center or order the notes

I glad you got thru man. I been waiting almost 8 months now got a ghost update yesterday but still nothing yet, your journey definitely giving me more hope

I got a ghost update just now

I called and they did th same for me 2 weeks still no result. I think the only way to get over the hump is ordering notes to see what the concern is and then address. It’s hard to say cause I have had ppl in similar situations who didn’t order notes and still got approved
