You have to notify IRCC if your residence address changes. Just do so via a web form and relax :)

Hi! If you received a re-medical request from IRCC and completed your medical exam with the form that IRCC sent you, you don't need to upload anything :) your doctor will send your results and it will be automatically updated on your account.
