You have not travelled outside UAE, so I dont think its a problem. My husband travelled. This confused them thinking he cancelled his visa when he had not in fact.

If they applied for LMIA and it's approved and you have the job offer, that part is okay. But you need to check if the work experience of one year is counted from the PGWP itself or after this offer time. You should contact a immigration consultant and check this.
