What should be the primary purpose of WES evaluation? There are a few different categories being shown. Should it be Employment or Immigration ?

Was able to pick it up from BLS toronto after a rare kind soul from back office helped to stop the purolator guy from taking the shipment for the day, searched for 10 min and came back with my OCI !!

What documents are required to show as proof if BLS allows to pickup up OCI from counter apart from Canadian Passport? Also any other documents required for picking up Spouse OCI as well like authorized letter or something ?

What is the average time for in person Passport Surrender in Toronto BLS ? Is 2 or 3 weeks the norm?
