Hey everyone, we sent in the ARC and they also asked us for a prepaid waybill with the ARC letter + Fee. Is this common? Why would they want a prepaid waybill at this point? Do they send the decision by physical mail? Did anyone get their Decision or PPR by physical mail or mostly email? Thanks!

I'm not sure what form you are referring to but yes, you need to put Mexico City since that is your VO.

I didn't request the notes yet, I deal with my local MP who did tell me that they have determined our relationship was legitimate, they have accepted the police records and medicals but are still waiting for the security/background check which they have begun on February 27th. I don't know how...

Oh no, I have. I've sent it the PGR request too (which they've asked for) but we're still waiting for PPR... The wait seems endless :(

You have to wait until they ask for it.

If they asked for the IRB decision I would only submit that :)

You need to submit all the decisions from IRB (or the latest one if it encompasses the previous ones too) if you don't have them anymore you can contact IRB (http://www.irb.gc.ca/Pages/default.aspx) and they'll be able to provide you copies of those documents :)

Well if she kept it that means your visa office now has it. If they ever ask for another copy you can send the copy they gave you and explain in a letter that during your intreview the agent kept it, all should be fine :)

When they asked me for my CSQ it specified they wanted the original. I would assume they need the original in every case.

They asked us the exact same thing!! My lawyer told me the new version of the immigration Schedule A asks for "since 18" and not the last 10 years anymore so that's why they asked for this. Such a waste of time if you ask me.

I didn't write one and only sent about 15 photos, no letters, nothing. They later asked me for more pictures and other documents that prove our relationship so I gave them our lease, gym membership and more photos. I would assume that's enough since they never asked for a letter of any kind.
