I searched a lot now. Now I have decided , I will take legal advise then I may resubmit my application.

I am under 1221 service coordinator now tittle changed to TFS lead coordinator. duties are same.

I have no idea. I want my application should be reconsidered as all were fine. I just came to know there was no NOC in my job. is that a problem.
