Anyone received notice of decision recently? How long normally its takes now a days after virtual hearing.

I had my hearing yesterday and same situation is with me it was less then an hour Member said to send decision by mail.

Dear Seniors and all members, Today i had my 2nd hearing (virtual hearing) member was very kind and polite it lasted only 45 min including introduction and closing, apart of 2 question from Narrative member mainly focused on IFA which i replied in detail and then my lawyer submitted his remarks...

Yes one of my friend got after 8 months.

It seems that Minister will not intervene in your hearing now so it will be a normal hearing like i did my 1st hearing without intervention but be prepared on the grounds minister wanted to intervene Member’s focus will be on that point. still senior members input is important.

4 Feb we think negative as we are tensed and got frustrated when this happened but for sure they don’t do this deliberately, they have their own problems.

Me too just before 2 hours its cancelled.

I had ministry intervention but after they did not intervene and i had my hearing done last year but it was not completed so i got another hearing date recently and it had cancelled.

No my case wasn’t referred as less complex case.

i wish you best of luck. i had my hearing on 4th and it was also postponed same day of hearing and now my lawyer says i will have another hearing on later date.

Thanks for your reply. But I don’t feel that is a “very bad luck” i firmly believe that the things Allah does is always good in our favour. Can agree on complexity point, also i heard that people canceled a day before and got decisions without hearing. I hope for the best as well but i can...
