    Can I apply for AOS if I work for a band administration for indigenous communities

    Hi, I gained enough experience to apply for AOS program but I am not sure anymore if my employer is eligible since I work for a reserve community (first nations). My co-workers told me that the reserve community is considered federa so I am now torn if I should apply or not.

    Applying for AOS with PGWP - Same NOC but different employer in the last 6 months

    Hi, I am currently on PGWP and I've been working for 6 months now under same NOC but I changed employer in the last 6 months of my employment. My duties and responsibilities remains the same. Can I still apply for AOS now? Hope someone can enlighten me with this. Thank you, Mary
