I m sorry to break u r heart but processing time is 1 year now so you will get your ainp around feb 2018 and for the fact food supervisor is the position that takes more time as most people apply as food supervisor

Thats what i m saying, it depends upon whom you are giving it to? May b for ircc its valid upto a year but with rcmp itself it is valid upto 3 mnths

I dont know about your case but i have a question. Is it ok to move from same job category as from noc b to b but with different job title?? Eg insted of a supervisior of a tim horton to an electrician??

I asked rcmp they said its valid 3 months with them, but it does not mean it has expired, it depends upon who you are giving it to.

Express entry profile is valid for perticular time, one year i guess, that what they are talking about here, they are asking the candidates who's profiles are still valid

I dont know about your situation but your file is in under old rules, alberta dont allow their nominations for express entry (before 14 june) u have to go through paper base file, unless u r eligible for express entry by another way

If u r good with the other requirments (ielts, experience etc) then dont worry they will take the files above their cut off, even if it is just one point more

There is no risk. You can chose both ways, but you need to pay both fees. In which way you get your pr 1st, you can withdraw the other, but i dont know if they will refund u r fees?

Someone got nomination a month ago but his documents were recieved on 6 oct plus i m estimating mid nov bcz eds ig and sw streams getting processed side by side

Its not about relax its about not to worry. I may agree that the processing time is getting increased but you can not do anything about it, and as far as i know the only way you can get your work permit extension after your file is by AOR, Which someone can only get after apply for ppr file ...

Relax, its not 8-9 months waiting time. If i m not wrong they are processing mid of nov file, so you should get ainp probably in a month. But after that you need to apply your ppr file quickly so that you can get AOR which take 2-3 months. Once you get AOR you can apply for your work permit...
