To the best of my knowledge, no ONLINE citizenship application, and even no linking of paper based application to your CIC account, If someone have another answer, please provide source/link for conformation

It still 11:00AM man, for sure you can find a doctor to finish it for you today. I remember I got my MR at 10:30AM and reserved and done by 2:00PM, it is not problem at all. Once you pay the fee, it is done :)

Hi @sunnymks, if I'm not mistaken, this is during the CSQ stage, as you have to provide a proof of fund during the stage, and you dont have to do it if you are working in Quebec already. But I'm not sure about if this is the same for federal and landing step or not. Updated, Sorry you are...

Did they ever requested any document all that time from you?? Because I once had the same message, and when I pressed (View Submitted Application) button and I uploaded the required documents, the message changed to Submitted...and the problem solved

I dont know if this is the case for all or not, but from my experience, If they give you a deadline, they will not check before it. They asked me to provide the RCMP on Oct 06, 2017 with deadline Dec 06, 2017, I submitted it on Oct 12, 2017, but they didnt check it till Dec 07, 2017.
