@Riyas Siraj ya i called them and that"action required" was because they automatically extended my medical as it was expiring, crimanality and eligibility is passed now BGC is NA2 waiting on IP2

@aaruni didnt you submit the RCMP upfront, or was it expired thats why this was requested?

May 8th AOR and BGC moved to NA2 on 18th AUG nothing since then

Hey @Jojcanada - did you get points from your spousal? or the spouse was just an additional applicant? if you didnt get any points for spousal it shouldnt be a issue right if you keep the spouse on your application or not. Please share the details.

I hope thats true, my background changed to NA2 on 18th Aug and then last friday to action required were i had no action to take. Do you know how long it takes from NA2 to IP2 and to PPR?

Yes, my medical was passed earlier, so today finally the status changed and it says passed again and no more action required message on my profile.

@kalpan not much information was given by cic call center they just said that if any document is needed it will show on the profile, but had no answer as on why it says action required, this agent was not at all helpful
