how to link application on cic?? i applied on 17th march and filed my application on my own without agent's help

i applied on 17th march for may intake at vfs delhi... haven't received anything yet.. college deferred my admission to sept 2017.

yeah at first I thought of mentioning IELTS prep but again it was in SEP 16.. I guess I am only left with this option 'visa prep'.. if I mention that I was working as a no pay intern in a company(I can manage to generate a legit service letter for internship) will it work ?
