your wife has to send her passport through VFS they will pass it to Singapore office. I sent mine 2 weeks ago.

I think you should contact to CIC if your case over normal process time. Your sponsor already got SA?

Hi Everyone! I've just got email as mention as below. Quote: Dear XXXXX XXXX This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by CIC on 2017/01/09. My bf already got SA since 2017/01/05. Does this mean I got "Stage 2 AOR"? Thanks!
