Lol. I thought it will be received in a few days! Since I live in Quebec, I was asked to provide them with a CSQ till April 2nd. And to get that I need the SA letter. Strange!

Hi, Both will be notified. But that is the principal applicant who is asked to link the application to his/her Mycic profile. You will get a message asking for filling up some forms or provide some documents as soon as you linked the application.
