I read somewhere on this forum, it means your application is in the final stage. Prob. PV2 means code for pnp applicants, Off Rev - Officer review. Did you add your spouse later in the application?

exactly, same here. Mine is "In Transit" --> "PV2 Inventory" Can you see in your gcms notes, How long it took for yours to move from PV2 Inventory to PV2 Off REV?
