Hi. I collected the passport at the vfs abu dhabi office. I dont think the embassy is open to the public anymore.

Hi. Ive tracked my application at the vfs website last july 27 and the message was my documents have been rceived by the visa office. I went there the next day and got my visa approvd until my passport expires. I hope youll get it too soon.

I couldnt believe it at first because one, ive never been in the U.S., Europe, Australia etc.. and two, although I have friends there in Canada, I didnt bother ask them for an invitation letter. So they could have denied me on those 2 counts being I dont have travel history and ties to Canada...

Hi guys, i got my visa today. Approved for the life of the passport. Thanks to this forum, you guys have helped a lot. I submitted my application June 1 in abu dhabi with my passport. Tracking website was updated july 27, got my passport today. :)

I too was given an option not to submit my passport (a scanned copy will do). But the person who arranged my papers warned me that the processing will take longer if I do not submit my original passport along with my documents. So I gave them my original passport.

Hi. I applied June 1 in vfs abu dhabi. I couldnt even link my papers onine. Its always saying no application found. I emailed vfs and they recommended me to use the tracking number they gave me which has never been updated since i applied. :(
