In my letter they made it sound like it it’s a situation where they would reconsider and not send it to full hearing but when I went. It was just a lady telling me what I needed and how to send it evidence to both parties. Then taking me to get a full hearing date

I filed my appeal January 2017. I had a ADR hearing in November but the witch sent it to full hearing.

i brought evidence but they didnt take it. when you go all they do is tell you about submitting evidence and making copies. Then taking you to get your date. its 30 mins top. waste of time if you ask me.

this is not a ADR. I had that last year November and the witch said she wants a full hearing. So they sent me a letter in the mail saying they want to hold a conference to give me a date for the full hearing so to bring any new evidence i have and name and such of witnesses.

I called and they said i have to be there in person as there are some additional information that they require from me and they want to ask me some more question.

it just said i required to appear but they did include a phone # l so im going to call them tomorrow.

I have to praise the company that i work for a whole lot. The manager and my immediate supervisor are very understanding of what is going on and they are ready and willing to help me in any way possible. They are willing to give me the time off as a leave of absence. So im going May until...
