Though not exactly same but, applied in Feb of 2015, 1st test in Sept 2015, where they requested extra docs, 2nd test in Nov 2015 where they said if everything ok than should get OATH in 3 to 5 months. And still waiting.

Friends I was really happy to see that change has come, but believe you me, nothing much has changed with CIC/IRCC processes, or probably I am so frustrated waiting for my OATH for more than 4 months that I feel it that way.!!

I just sent another request for ATIP, but hoping before the report I get OATH Letter. Wishful Thinking isn't it !!!

though i haven't got it yet but i don't think I would have anymore documents to offer to them, as I ve already submitted so many of it along with coloured copies of my passport, i94 travel history, my kids school docs etc etc

whats an RQ, do they even ask for all this after you have appeared for test and passed ? I had already submitted my coloured passport copies and I94 print outs, and as per the ATIP which I got i found a note by CO that i am having 1091 days physical presence (old rules of 1095)

I still have no clue as to whats happening with my file, neither they have refused nor have I got OATH letter, even online it says "In Process". Am stuck in the mid air having no clue what to do or where to go ??? :(

My office is BC, I applied when I was residing in Surrey but now have moved to Richmond. And am not sure if other candidates got oath even with shorter than 1095 days under pre-june 11, 2015 rule.

What is the best way to address the issue, like through my ATIP i found that I am 1091 days, meaning short of 4 days according to the officer. Should I write a letter or call CIC to find out or wait for their letter or refusal (hope not). Please advice.

Just for the information you cannot apply for your nexus card until after you have been in Canada for more than 3 years.
