Probably depends on how long the queue is. Decision made means they put your files onto a "oath to be scheduled" shelf. How did the interviewer inform you on test day?

Still waiting for the oath. They told me it would come within 2 months during the interview on Mar 15th. Status changed to DM on Mar 16th. ATIP shows oath to be scheduled. C'mon Toronto :'( I need the passport for I20 ??? Got some luck last time (I made a post for test), hope this one will...
