Hi, You can send by fedEx or canadapost with prepaid return envelope to Singapore. You can also do medical here and ask your doctor to send medical to Manila. There is no problem doing this. Amy

Yes. Canadian citizen can stay outside Canada with spouse until the PR processing is over. But you have to make sure that after your spouse get his/her PR, you will return to Canada with him/her. You have to satisfy that.

Of course you should include the stage 1 approval with the application. For my case I wrote a letter explaining everything. I mentioned the stage 1 approval with date. They are issuing PR instead of TRV.

Yes you are right. For my file also I didn't receive any update in the due date. I think due date means when they assign the file to someone for any assessment, they assign a due date in the system. It doesn't mean that the information must be updated by that date.
