What are the chances, that only applicants w/positive eligibility are gettin email notices? My thoughts are, those who are determined to be ineligible will receive a letter by mail and refund. Opinion?

An immigration lawyer explained this to me before: To be eligible, you need a least one year work experience on the MI w/in the last 10 years. To meet the work experience criteria, you only need to have work experience in NOC 0, A, B w/in the last 10 years. Hope this info helps. :)

Would be nice to receive AOR as Christmas present! From what I gather, some July and August applicants have received their AORs from CIO, some 10 weeks time after their payment were encashed in September. So, (hopefully) we can expect AORs pouring in the coming days. Cheers!!! :) ;D :)
