My sister is applying for a Study Visa. She also wants to add her spouse as a dependent Visa (work visa). Is it possible to do it? Will it reduce her chance of getting a study visa?

From yesterday my return tracker was activated but passport still showing in ottawa... i don't know what they are doing with it

How much time it will take for Islamabad Embassy to stamp PR visa on my spouse passport. They received her passport on May 31, 2016.

My return tracker activated yesterday at 6pm but MYCIC account still Open (might be because my dependent is in Pakistan and she haven't received her passport back).
