Overall Cap reaching 25000 is quite Unlikely. Few NOC's might have reached 1000 Cap by end of December. If we can wait atleast by end of next weekend we might have clear picture on what is going on. Guys don't loose hope. :) :) :) :)

CIC might have received a large number of Applications between 29-31st Dec as its the only last chance to apply under the Old FSW Program and the New EE is unpredictable adding to that its a Christmas vacation and long weekend from 25-28th Dec. So, all the Applications will be reaching CIC...
