Looks like NDVO was having some PPR Target to be achieved for the month of February which they achieved and they feel they have enough time to achieve target of March Month so kind's of relaxed on PPR front now.

I added my newborn on 14th January and got Medicals for him on 6th February. It takes almost a month so you should get Medicals for your child before the end of this month.
