your nomination letter usually says whether u can apply through EE or not. There should be a note that you cant apply through EE down somewhere if your nomination letter is not eligible for EE

the notes will be generated on the day your ordered or to the latest the next day you ordered. So if your application turned to in-process on jan 26th then it won't show up on your gcms notes.

If you get an appointment with RCMP with in a week or two go for new finger prints. Or if the appointment date is more than that then just inform the CIC about ur submitted rcmp clearance. As far as I know, ur old finger prints will be good if you are in canada since the time you submitted your...
