Assalam O Alaikum WR WB, chc-isb asked me some papers in Jan. 2014 and I submit them in Feb. 2014 with in the time but they didn't transfer those papers to London when they were moving files. now I received refusal letter that because I didn't submit those papers to them so they refuse my case...
