I emailed them about this as well. They want scanned copies emailed to them at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca That's if your file is in Ottawa. They say on the email if you have questions to email them. That's where you send the scanned copies. Hope that helps.

Unfortunately I can't afford a lawyer. All my money has been spent to be with my husband. I really hope I can get ADR. if not I might take my chances to just reapply. I don't know. This whole process has just been so draining. I don't know I have it in me to do the whole application again.
