Congratulations! Wish I could get PER early, since I got CC charged 3days ago. I tried to call CIC office just like other guy recommended previously , but a nice lady told me that she couldn't help me getting PER info right now, and suggest me wait 2 weeks before email CIC officially.

there's no cap for China, but according to staistics, China/India/Philipin and other coutries share most of FSW percentage. Maximum percentage for China and India should less than 33.3%, so at this time, China or India's application should be almost 100 pe NOC. It's just my estimation, lol.

Dont worry, I dont think any NOC applications could reach 100 in China, so are appls in this forum mostly from India, Pakistan and rest countries, I don't think cap could reach that fast.

I sent application at May 27 as long as I got WES report at May 27, all rest materials had been prepared at that time. I got to do it ASAP.
