What is the best way to reach the office processing an application? My mother-in-law had done a medical but now she received a letter stating she requires a medical and only has a month to get this done. She'd like to call in and ask if her original was received and if this is another one...

Re: MMOs are built in personals! My wife and I played Rift during neta and at release. Solid game, very well polished. We stopped playing our second month in, we couldn't find a solid guild....so I am back in WoW until SWTOR comes out...

Thanks for the input all...just completely paranoid that after the twelve hour drive there then the twelve hour drive back up here they would turn her away. I miss her quite a bit and if she can be here to wait things out that works for me ;D

When you hit the border to come visit while decisions were being made - did you need to show ties back? Letter from job etc? This wait is really starting to get to me (it's been 7 months since our app was in, 9 months if you include the first one we sent in in October that came back).

I hear ya...and honestly we'd all be better off if we could all think that way. I'm sure it would be a lot less stressful for sure. It's just hard ;)

I think most of the frustration isn't necessarily the wait but more so the seemingly mishandling of everything. There is a clear issue starting late November into around late January I believe where things have been all messed up. From delays, to missing paperwork, and now that you see a good...
