We live around a 10 hour drive too. We read quite a few posts and thought mailing the PP to B'lo looks okay, plus we included the express return envelop hoping that it will help secure the process. :(

We did sent them an email early this week and this the their reply: Due to large volumes received, we will not reply to status inquiries for a minimum of 30 days from receipt in our office. Maybe there was a delay due to the massive snowstorm...but it's causing a lot of stress :'(

It's past 15 business days and buffalo has still not sent the passport back (the enclosed usps express return envelop tracking # is still not showing up on the usps website). We are really worried that they lost the passport! Has anyone experienced that?

Yes we did and it was our USPS express mail return envelope tracking # that still did not show up on the USPS website after 2 weeks B'lo has received the passport.

How long does it usually take for B'lo to return passports? We've been waiting for 2 weeks and 2 days (or 11 business days) now and the USPS express mail tracking still shows nothing. We are so worried that the passport is lost! :'( should we email them again?

Hey nelly did buffalo mail your pp back yesterday? we submitted ours last week too and they have received it last wednesday but when we check the USPS tracking number it gives us nothing. Now we are gettnig worried.
