Do they give you considerable time? Or is it something like a 2 or 3 week period?

This may sound like a strange question but is there there a time limit to "land" once the visa/CoPr is issued?

Fingers crossed that you don't get that email either! Just make sure you keep copies of everything you sent and keep a setailed log of when you send them, with tracking number, signatures, etc.

Same thing happened to me last summer, and my husband was deployed overseas at the time as well. DON'T GIVE UP!! Did you keep a photocopy of what you sent? I'd suggest making another copy, if you can fill our the new paperwork they are requesting, have your husband sign and scan them to you...
